Growth needs to be carefully managed alongside the infrastructure and services that support it, while protecting the character that makes Peachland unique.

Peachland has opportunities beyond the summer season. I support year-round tourism that strengthens local businesses, promotes outdoor recreation and events, while protecting our small-town character.

🔥 Wildfire Preparedness

Wildfire preparedness is a priority. I support fuel mitigation, FireSmart initiatives and strong emergency planning to better protect our community.

🌲 Forestry & Watershed

What happens in the forests above Peachland affects our water and wildfire risk. I support responsible forest management and stronger protection of our watershed.

A safe community depends on strong emergency services, community policing and good planning. I support preparedness and partnerships that help keep Peachland safe and resilient.

My Approach

How I Approach Council

Good decisions start with listening.

Since joining Peachland Council following the March 2026 by-election, I’ve had the opportunity to listen, learn and work with residents, staff and fellow members of Council. I believe decisions should be based on good information, respectful discussion and a clear understanding of how they affect the people who live here.

My years in business taught me to ask questions, understand the numbers and look beyond the immediate problem. My years coaching youth soccer taught me something equally important: listen, encourage people and work together toward a common goal.

I won’t always agree with everyone — and I don’t expect everyone to agree with me. But I will listen, do my homework, explain my reasoning and treat people with respect.

That is the approach I bring to Council, and the approach I will continue to bring to serving Peachland.
