Ali Bani-Sadr chose Peachland on purpose. He was born in Paris, France and spent over 40 years living in North and West Vancouver. As a son, brother, father, and grandfather, he wanted a community rooted in connection, safety, and belonging. Ali built his career through dedication—spending 1988-2005 in his family’s North Vancouver business, with Jeep, where he gained leadership, customer service, and business management experience. He used his skills working with Audi and Volkswagen in North Vancouver for over 17 years.

A long-time soccer enthusiast, Ali spent 10 years coaching youth soccer, believing that sports build confidence, discipline, teamwork, and joy. He has always believed that every child deserves support, direction, and a place to belong.

Ali proudly serves on the Peachland Wellness Centre board and is also involved in leadership with the Annual Peachland Classic Car Show, bringing his passion for community and cars together, and volunteers coaching soccer to Minis and Youths in Peachland. Around town, he is also known as the friendly “local IT guy,” always willing to help neighbors with their frustrating technology challenges.

He believes strongly in inclusivity, culture, and diversity, and is known for his honesty, integrity, and approachable nature. Ali brings empowerment, harmony, and real-world experience to his leadership. He is not just running for Council—he is committed to helping Peachland thrive, together.
